Who says you can't air an XJ?

This shot is from the 6th or 7th jump over this ridge......not only was I expecting it, I was enjoying how smoothly my Jeep landed.

As for my expression, insert Dukes of Hazzard "YeeeHaaa" wav.......

Did you read that it's a LP? And I have a HP in the works that'll be trussed before it goes in? hahahaha.

Oh i didn't mean to sound like an ass i figured you knew that you need a trussed axle to be jumping like that!

Theres a link to the video I took this pic out of in my signature area.

Pretty sure Ive seen that on youtube

I think the co-dawg busted his back up pretty bad from what I heard? Would be nice to hear from the actual driver what happened.

I was the driver. There were no more back issues than normal race wear and tear. We both might be about an inch shorter now though.:gee:

The landing felt fine on the inside. landed smooth, one sky wheely and off we went...

Driver side motor mount bolts all broke about 10-15 miles later ending the race.

We've done similar dumb-a$$ moves like that and tore the whole "C" off the driver corner one time and broke a pass. side knuckle another time.
