which bedliner to use?

when it fades (I got the lower 1/4th of my doors herculined) I hose it off and then hit it with flat black spray paint over it and it's all good

does paint stick to it?
a buddy of mine bought a rhino lined bed for his pickup from the boneyard and paint wouldn't stick to the bed rails where the liner was sprayed on top...

Got no problem with paint sticking to it. In his case it might be that his liner was dirty with oil or some other deposits.
