Try Alco in San Leandro or Albany Steel in Albany.
They both have minimum purchases.

AI&M on Mare Island (Vallejo, CA - near Marine World) usually has some stuff in their scrap piles, and if you call, they can tell you what they have in stock.
Moose Metals in Concord kinda rapes you on pirce, but they usually have the normal stuff in stock.
I know that Sacramento is kinda far, but S+K Steel had pretty damn good prices on 1.5x.120.
There is a place in West Sacramento called 'Metal Craft Warehouse' that was open on saturdays, and pretty damn close to Phil's house that we used to use all the time, because they were close, and open on saturday.
I know that Derek Trent of Trent Fabrication is sponsored by 'Team Tube' - might give him a call and see where they are located - if its the canadian company, or the one with the West Sacramento location...

Thanks guys. I will call around tomorrow morning to see what I can find. Im going to go with 60 feet of hrew and 40 feet of dom, so Im not sure if that gets up to the minimum or not.
