Where is the worst place you've been stuck?

This was a friends 01 back in Arizona. Tweaked the whole body over. Moral of the story, dont haul a$$ across a trail at night you haven't traveled during the day.

Moral: dont drive into a place b/c your friend slid his Heep into gatekeeper and wanted you to snatch block him up right when you know your missing 5 teeth on your front ring gear from the day before and the only other way out is in reverse.

The GMC was first. Tram was sent to get him, it sank. Something about weighing somewhere around20-30k lbs...Then went me in my XJ and SSgt in his TJ. We didn't even get as far as the GMC. Capt called in the AAVs, and they popped all of us out like nothing. Took two on the tram, with just one, it was winching itself across the mud instead of pulling the tram out...

This is my first cherokee (2.8 GM V6 P.O.S.) at Spring Creek. The white one is the one I presently DD.

Wow...what a cluster:gag:

after I backed up quite a bit, never get the good shots, but the mud was like 1mm from coming in the doors, was a stupid move on my part...

SSgt asked me if I wanted to go play in the mud, I said heck yeah! :D He figured our Jeeps would get further than the GMC, but he was wrong...It was still fun. We popped his Jeep out with a dually Powerstroke Super Duty on dry land daisy chained to a K5 on 35s in the mud. This was before I had front tow points, so I had to wait to get pulled out from the hitch.

I was stuck here for about 2 hours.

This does not look bad but the puddle had 2-3 inches of ice on it. The puddle was about 20-24 inches deep... My 27 inch tires went under the ice and we could not pull it out either forwards or backwards more than a couple of feet.

We broke a new a 20k strap and had a 9k winch on it for a while

Finally we went back to the parking lot and got a ramp from a buddies trailer and dropped it in the hole. It was an easy tug from there and all I had to do was reach down and get the ramp for my buddy.

This trail turned into bog and I couldn't get the person I was with stopped in time so we were both caught. Stuck here for six hours.
