Where Can I Get THis, and Yes I searched

Hey guys, i was wondering if anyone knows where i can get this coax cable for my CB Radio, Like This

It looks like it is a clear cover on the cable, or it could be a braided stainless cover. If anyone knows anything about it, please let me know, Thanks Danny

Or, it could just be the wrong type of cable.

I know that you can get that stuff in a multitude of colors, but it's either RG59, or RG6 -- not seen RG58.
