In my 98 XJ, my voltage meter runs at about 13. Sometimes it gets to 14. But for the most part its around 13. Is this a normal range?

My '90 volt gauge runs between 12V and 14V depending on what Im using and I have a 145 amp alternator. If you put a volt meter across the battery you will find tha the volt gauge reads lower than actual.
