what's the problem?

I still have this popping sound coming from up front when I make slow speed turns, especially rights

also a very noticeable rattle while hitting the lightest imperfections in the road, also coming from up front?

any ideas about what these are?

Try doing a search for u-joints. That should help. U-joints usually are the noise makers up front.
