OK, I am looking to finally get my jeep stuff together. I should have my money built up in a month or two. So, if you already had your Jeep, and $2000 to spend, what mods are gonna give me my best bang for the buck??? I have a 2 door 92 XJ, and it is all stock. I already have a 8.25 rear to put in, and a used set of leafs if I go the bastard pack route. Help a cracker out people!!!!:gee:

You gotta say what you're gonna do with the Jeep to get the best advice. But, if its gonna spend a lot of time in Badlands type terrain, or equivalent, I think the economy combination is 35" tires (6" total lift), rear locker, warn type front bumper with cheap winch. Spend the rest on making everything about it durable, dependable and unbreakable. Keep your foot off the little pedal and you don't have to swap out those axles.

Mostly it is my daily driver, with some runs to Badlands, Haspin and with any luck, Moab next year! Just getting a little advice to see which way I need to go. Looking at a Rustys 3 inch lift, but may go with the Rough Country.... Like I said, just looking for advice for right now... Thanks!!

Def should relocate your rear shackles, for a better ride. :D

No one wants your junk brian:d

I would say a nice re 3.5 super ride kit and some bighorns on soft 8's to start with and maybe some sliders

Go 4.5". 3 Inch lifts are kinda useless. 4.5 at least gives you a point to go from and most 4,5 lifts come with at least lower control arms if not uppers. With a spacer and a longer shackle for the rear you are at 6 inches and can run 33'3

900 for the lift and under 800 if you look around for the tires and you are left with 300 to spend on HD Offroad Engineering shackle relocation brackets and frame stiffeners.

Good Luck and have fun
