I have been wondering about that also....I have forgotten when the change in guard occurs.

Ok here has been my thinking about this:

Why is our (RRC) bylaws have diffrent times for our elections than the rest of ?

I was just thinking of holding the elections the same time as the rest of them, nominations open Nov. 1st (too late or was it early?) and voting open/held on Nov 15th. But the new officers take office on Dec 1st (like last year due to Ike).

And then maybe the BoD can vote on making that a part of the bylaws.
