ok, here's my problem revisited...

When at cruising speeds the jeep seems to be slipping out of OD into 3rd momentarily then shifting back to overdrive causing a bucking. I just ran the codes today and got 12/34/55. According to my manual:

12 - Disconnected battery in last 50 starts
34 - S/C solenoid circuits
55 - Completion of fault code display

I guess I should mention my cruise control vacuum lines are shot and plugged.

With that said, S/C solenoid circuit isn't something stupid like "Shift Control Solenoid" is it? I've swapped the tps, checked the fuel pressure, changed the tranny fluid, and adjusted the kickdown cable. At this point, I'm just kind of waiting for whatever it is to finally just break so maybe it will throw a code. I'm hoping thats what happened with code 34 but any input is greatly appreciated. I'm bald enough as is, don't need to be pulling any more hair out.

It is a "speed control switch" that is either above max. or below min. "acceptable voltage." That said, it's totally vacuum related.

Bah, so basically its just reaffirming the fact that the vacuum line has been disconnected from the cruise control doohickey?

And its a '94, sorry...so no EGR.

Oh well, back to yanking me last few hairs....

Guess I'll test the tranny solenoids just for shits and giggles anywho
