What I learned at CO Fest........

Gawd I'm tired, but I'll get it started.......

1. Buena Vist was fawkin' wet, rainy and humid.
2. No matter how cool the "Chuck Wagon" truck tent is..... the humidity still made my sleeping bed and pillow damp.
3. Not much sleep is to be had in damp conditions.
4. Did I mention it was fawkin' wet, rainy and humid?
5. I met a couple "Flat-billers" in camp....... and I still think they're alright guys.
6. SteveT rocked the seat cover!
7. SteveT embarrassed the fawk outta me during the raffle...... he made an additional hole in the seat cover for his "little friend"
8. Wheeler Lake is generally driven on 3 or less tires at any given time.
9. Someone sucks goat-ass for stealing my windshield wiper arm.
10. Jack and Zeros were back and abused by many.
11. David (Time2GetDirty) has a keester that appeals to "Flat-billers".
12. Angel doesn't like wet camp chairs.
13. SteveT can fit 4 Coke Zero cans in his nether regions and will drop them at random times.
14. "Powder" drives an ex-Forest Service XJ
15. mgonos can drink himself southern.
16. Chewbacca lives...... and snores like no other.
17. WAY too many rigs were brought to CO Fest and NOT 'WHEELED.
18. Pro Comp AT's get great traction at 30 psi (much to Mike and Led's dismay)
19. There is absolutely a time and place for "cripple fawker" humor........ :roflmao:
20. LeBaron hood vents apparently can be mounted........ incorrectly. :moon:
21. I'm jealous of JJacob's affinity for flight.
22. Cheezy brats and tortillas are awesome at 1:30am around a campfire with fellow drunks.
23. I've never consumed that much alcohol during an event........ ever. J&Z's are dangerous.........
24. There's a new "Saved By The Bell" crew among the Chapter folk.
25. The "old school" XJ's were represented by a great guy from Wisconsin - cool factory hidden winch and other "nostalgia" :thumbup:

26. if you have tow points on your bumper, make sure the bumper can be tugged on without ripping off
27. dont think your jeep wont get stuck/dented/fawked up when wheeling 4 days in a row
28. J9 can wheel with the best of them
29. dont play bumper cars with XJboy (he will hit you harder evey time)
30. dont leave your jeep unlocked....or your doors at camp
31. dont take anything said to heart, it all just joking around
32. keeps eyes open for flying T bones at 11pm

21. It is amazing how far you can drive with a bent drag link.
22. xjboy makes some killer bean dip.
23. Yelling out 'boobies' at a raffle ensures a win.

25. XJ's make a lot of noise on the trail, get used to it.

1. A campfire creates the same experience as an online forum.
2. In4ARide tests the limits of his XJ whenever the chance arises... even though it's a daily driver. Oh, and he got 25 mpg on the trip up with his 3.55 gears and 35's.
3. Tom makes a BBQ sauce that will make you want weiners in your mouth.
4. Jeepspeed trussing on a front 9" won't catch too many rocks on Chinaman if you're running 35" tires at 32 PSI.
5. Who needs Cirque du Soleil when you have folks that will wear a seat cover and create burning toilet paper dances around a campfire?
6. Detours bumpers are even cooler looking in person.
7. TnT STILL OFFERS THEIR REAR 4-LINK SYSTEM EVEN THOUGH YOU CAN'T FIND IT ONLINE. I think they said it's like $2,100. omg. want.
8. Some of you snore like freaking Mack trucks.
9. It takes a lot... but Yellaheep can get drunk.
10. An engine cage and coilovers will make you the belle of the ball for a couple hours. =)
