Not the actual AT-6 Texan (those trade for a cool $million) but an hour flight in one over seattle! Powered by a 600 HP Pratt & Whitney R-1340-49 Radial, Baby!! I CAN'T FLIPPIN' WAIT!!!

The wife and I did that for the eldest son's 21 birthday, I think it was the Navy(?) version out of Carlsbad airport. It was a month before he could get the grin off of his face
Will your flight include barrell rolls and the like?

I bought the feast for all my family back home in Indiana

Lincoln 135 with gas, gloves and welding helmit

Sweatshirt, long sleeve tee, and a best buy gift card

Got my dad a sawzall - I think we all know who that was for... :D

New Heavy duty Jumper cables
Craftsman Vise
Craftsman Multimeter
Craftsman Roller stool
Craftsman 1000 Watt work light
And some work shirts.

A little red car.
xjghost

and a pair of pajamas.

-Mossberg 500 with 2 barrels
-College Degree
-Lincoln Welder(hand me down, but who cares)
-Magnetic Work light
-Sofa/love seat combo
-Tool bag
-Set of work gloves
-New comp
-$$$

All in all, pretty damn good. After having to spend four months away from the wife because of school, we are finally back together, so that had to be the best damn thing. That, and I am done with my undergraduate education, so that is a good accomplishment too.

Take care all.

That's the idea. I've spent a lot of time in small airplanes, including a couple aerobatic gliders. I'm hoping to coax the pilot into giving me a little more "adventurous" ride than normal, but as old and hard to repair as those things are, I wouldn't blame him too much if it was a slow and level flight. Either way, it will be one of the coolest things in my life to date.

I can't afford a P-51 ride, so this will have to do in the meantime!
