Welding Titanium

Anybody in CO able to do it for a reasonable price?? It doesn't have to be a structural weld, just a good enough tack to reduce resistance in some pieces we use at work. The company would pay.

I can provide more details if anyone needs them.

Ti has to be welded in a inert environment (gas chamber) shielding gas isn't sufficient (maybe it is for just a tack), so are the parts your working with easy/small enough to take somewhere?

see if there's a bike manufacturer in the area that works with Ti

There are a ton of bicycle makers in the area that work with Ti...although I didn't think they weld in gas chambers, at least the one I visited in Mass. didn't....

Dean, Serotta, Cherry, Moots, and Vanguard just to name a few.
