Water powered fuel cell car

A Japanese company has built an interesting car that uses only water for fuel. It is an electric vehicle with an onboard generator that extracts hydrogen from the water. I don't think it is another Brown's Gas system.

I don't see the advantage of using water for fuel.

Yah, it's cheap now, but with an ever growing population, Western, and even some of the rest of the lower 48 are rationing water in the Summer.

Water is a valuable resource. We can live without gasoline, but we can't live without water.

That's a good point. It's easy to forget when you live in a place where it rains and snows a lot.

You could drive a long way on what you waste running your bath water every morning. Also, water for fuel need not be potable.

Good point, not much good in the Middle East where they trade multiple barrels of oil for just one barrel of water, LOL.

I don't see anything on that site but fluff and BS so far. Nothing about what they are really doing. Sorta looks like a plug in battery car trying to pretend to be something else. Hard to say since there is no tech on the site.
