wanted:renix tb boring and 8.25axle

I was wondering if anyone knows of a machine shop that could bore out my renix throttle body in an expedient manner for a reasonable price? Its a daily driver and I'm in north sd county.

I am also looking for a 8.25 axle to swap in place of my d35 if anyone comes across one or knows of someone trying to ditch one cheap. I plan on rebuilding and regearing it so cheap is best. My local junk yards in oceanside want 200 for an axle assembly and they are pretty beat up.

I've got a 29 spline 8.25 (that's the better one) I'll sell you for $100 on 2 conditions, you have to wait a month til I pull it from my girlfriends jeep and you have to get your name in red!

It's 3.55 gears. Perfect working condition, just upgrading to a d44 with locker, 4.56, and discs.

Hey I'm fine with waiting for now. I saw on Craigslist thrice engineering/fabrication doing a ford 8.8 special so I might check into but for what I do or will do an 8.25 should be fine and 100 dollars sounds way more inviting than 4-5 hundred.

And cal, I'll definitely take those and send them to him. Just let me know how you want to get them to me.

i make it down to escondido all the time.

i'll go buy the shop and look for my cores this week sometime and throw them in the car.

Mon/wed i'm at csusm, so i can jump over to escondido no problem in 5 minutes. And Tuesday i'm in Oceanside, but usually totally free. Thursday through Sunday i live in Mexico but for a good cause i can stick around or drive back up. P.M. me and we can find a time i can meet you.
