not a regear, just the carrier...if not I will look for the some spider gears..it's an open diff right?

Yes open. Well I thought in replacing the carrier you have to reset the gears.

you would have to check the backlash to make sure its still within 6-10 thousands of an inch. But you would be able to use the same gears over again.

will the spiders out of an 8.25 work? ive got a set on my spare carrier i was going to throw it out but if they will work for you you can have them let me know.
