I can't seem to edit my first wanted thread, so here is a new updated one.
XJ Wanted/Needed
Budget 4500-4800

My list of needs: No fluid leaks, no cracked exhaust header, 4 doors, 4.0, around 150k miles, 4x4, Heat and AC work great, never over heats, Gun Rack, grenade launcher, metal detector, hot chic, good tires, all power accessories working. Clean, no rust, Ca vehicle with recent smog(within 90 days)

I would love for it to have 31-33" tires, mild lift, gears and upgraded diff to match lift/tires. Lockers not needed.

Paint and body condition no biggy. I'm going to paint it camo.(It's my favorite color)

I have stickers, bumpers, winch, tire carrier, roof rack, rock sliders, CB Radio, skid plates, toilet paper, shovel, frame stiffies, high lift and all recovery items.
I'll be in Calico this weekend if anyone is out there. Look for my 2wd Tundra shying away from all the fun stuff.

I do not, but thank you. I have never heard anybody say anything bad about this guy.I think this jeep would be a great buy for somebody that is looking to get into a jeep..If i had the cash i would cause i need a HO style.

Looked at one in Laguna Niguel yesterday. wanted 3500. it was a 96 with 178k. Tranny fluid was black, and very little oil on the lifters.

In Victorville today. Lol. They said that price was a "mistake". 5500.
Burnt 410 miles today and looked at 7 xj's. I learned a lot.

I guess I'll just have to pay out my ass for one.

"runs perfect" means it starts and has a sweet deep knock.
"leaks no fluid" means front diff cover has a hole, no more oil, and rear main is normal to leak a quart a day.
"ac and heat perfect" means the fan blows. But temp doesn't change.
"this lift is rancho 4" it cost me 5 grand.
"it will never overheat, just don't idle for more than 20 minutes"
