Will probably try to add the requested avatars sometime in the next few days. It is better if you upload your avatar from your computer. If you give us a link, be sure to let us know that you have permission to use the image.... otherwise, it is the same as us going to a site and stealing the image/avatar.

Yes, you do need to upload it as a .gif or .jpg
