Volvo XC90

So, mom is looking at buying one of these as her "new" car. Its a 2004 with 40k miles, AWD, 2.5 turbo, auto trans. Not a bad car as far as I can tell. Anyone here have first hand experince with these things? Anything to be on the lookout for, any problem areas? Thanks.

I used to drive one and switched to a 95 850 wagon. The 04 Volvo has had a bunch of problems. Make sure she gets a GREAT warranty and is close to the dealer. Go online to google and type in the car. You will get lots of feedback that way. Checkout IPD as well. Great place for parts.

xc90 are dogs it is gonna be rediculously underpowered for the weight. I went and test drove the T6 version and it was just like ok c'mon go.... but other than that I think your mom might like it, they are nice inside and roomy. aas far as reliability I have no clue as I dont own one
