Vacuum operated cannister purge controll valve diaphragm

I have a '95 xj.
Has anybody tracked down a replacement diaphragm for the vacuum controlled purge valve on the top of the charcoal canister?

I looked in the parts manual but it appears as a complete sub-assembly.
