used RE spring plates, little dirty and rusty but can be cleaned up nicely. 15 including shipping to cont 48 states

heres the specs:

Universal Spring Plate. 3/8" Thick with three different center pin holes. Raw Steel, no paint or powder coating. Will fit U-bolts from 1/2" X 2.75" ID to 9/16" X 3.25" ID
