URGENT!! To Members - Voting Question

I have a special request.

Can I withdraw my nomination of Ecksjay (Phil) as Vice President and nominate him for President?

After much discussion, I think his qualifications and involvement would be better suited in the President's position. This would also open up a spot for nomination in the VP position where a few others have shown some interest.

Can I do this or does someone else need to?

I'm not finding anything in the rules...

Folks, you have to participate in these things to keep them alive. If there's somebody in Eastern Washington/Oregon/Idaho that would like to be nominated, PLEASE send a PM and we can discuss. These positions don't require you to be in proximity with each other, right Hans?

other memebers in other chapters have served with LESS than one year...
