Slip yoke on 5.5" of lift?
I've got a '99, but I'm hoping to go up to ~7 or 8 inches some year, so I might as well get the SYE done now instead of spending money to fix it and then doing it later.I ran a slipyoke on 5.5" of lift for years. With an earlier XJ, thats not a problem.

Dumb little clips that hold the u-joint on the axle side yoke are near impossible to find. Dealer's the only place that sells them.
Every auto parts store in america has them, look at the "HELP" wall.
