I recently threw BrianHO13's old axles under my rig (thanks to his help), added some new DIY beadlocks (rings from Branik Motorsports) and some new meats.

44 & 9", 5.13 gears, aussie & spool, yukon alloys & superjoints. Hydro assist. 37x14x17 Irok bias on 17x8 Cragar Soft 8s with 4.5" bs.

Still a few things left, but it's turned out pretty well so far...

Early bronco dana 44s are low pinion... is it a narrowed '72-76 truck axle?

I am at 86, but yours looks wider........You need bigger tires.

This is plenty wide, and so are the tires. Especially compared to the pizza cutters I had before.

On the pinion guard...if Brian doesn't know, then I sure as hell don't.

Is your passenger front tire on the right way? It looks to me like the tread is going the opposite direction from the other 3 tires. Your rig looks nice though.
