Unable to post reply

I tried to reply to a for sale thread in the Sierra Chapter and I got a message saying I didn't have access to do so. What's up with that? I'd like to get the part for sale!!

This new forum will be available to all to buy and view the items for sale, however it will be limited to members only to list items for sale or post requests (RED names only please). Any posts listing items for sale by a non-member will be deleted. This rule will help limit the number of posts by people who sign up just to sell items.
