the thing i was dissing was your atitude about being a new yorker and your lack of obeying the law. I simply stated that its because of people doing stuff like this the govment make laws hat get tighter and tighter on us ad all it takes is a few people to do something that makes it tough on millions of us. i Thats all i'll get in to on this. i no longer live in schenetady thank god. I now live in VA. it used to be a great town but since GE moved most of thier stuf out it went to hell.

Well now i do agree with you but in all my experience of fabricating and souping up my cars i just dont see it fair for the govt or the law to tell you what you can and cant do to your OWN vehicle. My statement of "im a new yorker" was just to get a laugh out of some people on here,(you know, a joke). Anyway, thanks for your input and all is well.

By the way, what kind of exause set up are you running????

I noticed that with my 40 series delta flow that after i punched my cat that it resonates really bad now.

Can u explain further on this one??? Are u saying that hollowing out ur cat was a bad idea and now ur exause sounds kinda crappy???

It seems like general consenses is leading me to a high flow cat probably from random technologies.

Right now its a borla header in to a 2.25 cat and a dynomax turbo out a cheappy tail pipe(i seem to bend them alot on the trail) the only other mod is a intake setup. its not much but the last thing i need is more power to break stuff.

It gets really loud at certain rpms. When I didnt have a tail pipe it got really bad on trail run so bad that you barly hear peaple. Once I get my budget boost done and my new tires tires im going to be getting a mike leach header w/jet hot coating,2.5" down pipe,2.5" highflow cat, 2.5" flowmaster 30 series and rustys tail pipe.

Your first description is just what i want. Now i dont have the $$ for the header right now but now ur saying ur gonna add a hi flow cat and a 30 series flowmaster??? Im probably gonna keep the stock inlet and outlet piping cause i dont wanna get into it that much.
Now can you Compare the 30 series to the 40 series to me if you would be so kind!!

I like my 40 just fine but it has dual outlets cause i was planning to run dual tail pipes. But now I want to just run a single 2.5". The only reason i'm going with the 30 is that its a little quiter and gots more of the "flowmaster tone".
