Going down the River Ranch in central Florida this saturday. The truck is running great and I'm looking forward to getting it muddy for the first time since its been painted but recently my factory fog lights on my front bumper stopped working. Has anyone had a problem like this were they just stopped turning on? I've taken apart my whole dash when I was installing my new speaker setup and my step dad and I couldn't figure out wether the problem was with the switch or in the line to the light. I know its not the light because the bulbs were working fine and I got them to turn on a couple times. Anyway just putting this up here to see if anyone has some ideas and also if anyone has some last minute advice before I go get muddy this weekend.

Thank,
-Ian

Have you looked inside of the fog lights themselves? I tried to get my factory fogs working again, and when I looked inside there was so much rust the connections had completely rusted through.

I just replaced them with a better set of Hella's and used the OEM switch and wiring. Works great now.

Is this a new car? I remember you gave me some help when I was looking into getting the hids for my headlights and it was teal?

Also how do you like having that lining on your doors and side panels like that?
I'm thinking about doing all my bumbers the front grill and my fender flares like that this summer.

Thanks

I have two XJ's, my teal ones is my weekend toy, the red one is my DD. I really like the lining on the sides. I have it on both jeeps, and it works great. Good, easy, and simple way to 'spruce' one up in my opinion.

Get the fogs fixed?
