Transmission issues with AW 4

The transmission started acting up a few months ago, classic symptoms, revs up and won't shift into First by itself

Searched for causes, started with the simplest solution. Disconnected the battery for a while, reconnected and codes went away, trans shifting normally

A month later, shifting issues again. Tried the next easiest step, cleaned the passenger side connectors and the ground on the dipstick mount. Trans shifted normally again.

Now, acting up again. Clearly, an electrical issue, so, what's my next steps?

It came home today, showing these codes
P0700 generic
P0705 trans range sensor circuit
P0715 input shaft speed sensor circuit
P0756 solenoid B performance
P 0758 solenoid B electrical

The0715 code had me clean the NSS connector
I drove it, still not quite right on takeoff from a stop.
It shifts fine manually

What's the electrical issue?
Could it be the TPS?

A bad B solenoid would cause it to stay in 1st and not shift into 2nd or 3rd. A bad A solenoid would cause it to try taking off in 4th. I would measure the solenoid resistance, which should be 11-15 ohms. The set of all three solenoids is about $70 on Amazon, and can be replaced by dropping the pan. It's a relatively easy job, just messy. Careful on putting the pan screws back in. Moderately snug or you'll strip out the aluminum threads in the trans.
