Trade a lifted 97 XJ and an 89 XJ for a TJ

I am wanting to trade my 97 and 89 XJ's for a TJ. The 97 is green, 4 door, l-6, auto, 5 inch lift, 33x10.50 TSL Radials, AR767's, 137K(mostly highway). It is my daily driver and not an off road car. The 89 is tan, l-6, 5 speed, factory skids, cd player, tow hitch, new battery, rebuilt alternator and starter. It ran great until I had to replace the starter wire and now it doesn't turn over. I'm sure it is no big deal for someone that knows electrical systems.

Is there a gas tank skid on the 89?
