If any MWC member wants one, we can get one to them. All you have to do is ask.
It'd be silly to send one to every member via snail mail and have a large postage expense. 98% of them would get thrown away.
They're good for $50 toward the purchase of a new driveshaft from Tom Woods.

Being told the only way to get a membership perk that a sponsor wants every member to have by being at an event that has already passed and was not attended sounded to me like the certificates were being held hostage, instead of being delivered as the sender intends. No whining, simply stating my observations.
If it helps any, the certificates probably have serial numbers on them for tracking and might be the only thing a member needs to use the certificate. E-mailing that info, if possible, would save some money on postage.

Never said I wanted to - was considering it; but if lying about things is how you are saying the organization will be run until someone else steps up - that does not make it very tempting.
So - i would have to disagree with BOB - NOT, very well said.
Stop considering and start doing. You have no say in how any portion of the club or forum works unless you do. So yes, very well said Mark.

What thread are you reading? No one lied about anything. The TW gift certificates were given to
for members in red (those are people that actually support this club). I don't see anywhere mike or anyone else told a lie.It always amazes me how many whining 'nancys' do nothing but complain about this club yet they keep coming back to post. If you don't like the way this club rolls then quit reading and posting. If you're not a paid supporting member then your opinion doesn't mean squat.

who is whining - I just made a point. When someone asked for a gc, he was told that you had to be at WF - then the story changed.
