TJ coils on XJ

i have found some skyjacker coils 4" lift, how much lift will they give me on an XJ???
is it worth getting them??

tj coils might only lift the xj about 3", or so ive heard. look for zj coils.

what is the spring rate for tj coils?

I'd be worried more about that than the lift height

Cherokees weigh about 3600 lbs, wranglers weigh about 3200. There's not really much of a difference there. I put TJ RE 4" coils on mine and got just under 4". I'm not sure but I think SKY uses the same coils for both cherokees and TJ's. Different part number but identical spring.
