How much and are located around buffalo? I really don't want to pay shipping and handling if I don't have to. How many miles on them?

I would like them to located in or around south buffalo/west seneca area.
P.S. NO GOODYEARS (I hate them)

sorry I will past on them. They are one of the kinds I am interested in but they are to far away. I want them around buffalo/west seneca, NY location. Time I buy them and pay S/H I can buy a brand new pair up here. They don't have to be new either as long as they good amount of meat left on them.
