Thats what the monkey at NAPA told me, and thats what I used. I've yet to run the motor, so I can't help you, cept quote a monkey.

Yep, headbolt, im looking for that "equivalent", everybody around here only carries permatex

Any PTFE-based paste should work just fine - I use Harvey's Pipe Dope on the #11 when I do a job. Works just fine.
