I am thinking about going to Colorado Mountain College and majoring in Ski Resort Managment at the campus in Steamboat. Anyone have any past experiences? Give me the low-down! Thanks!

Steam boat is a cool place. Are you looking for info on the school or the area. Area is pretty sweat. there is a big lake north of there and then well the sking and the summer activities are nice. Your a bit north so a trip do denver or the front range is a bit of a trip for you.

I had a buddy go there for the cooking school and he loved it. He was a big snowbording sort of hippy so he fit in perfect up in that area or was that glenwood springs. Sorry they have campuses all over Co. My buddy is an systems admin there.

Great resort management program( one of the only ), easy to find a job after graduation, fun town, only drawback, 10:1 male/female ratio.

MAN FEST! yuck. well if you can stick it out for the few years it takes then you can be pulling in ski bunnies down the road for years to come.
