Do you actually have a point or are you just pasting links?

My yard is too spongy from the snow melt + rainstorms to do anything with it right now... we did get the airplane running again though. Has a 4 cylinder air cooled VW motor with solid lifters, funny how it helps to actually tighten the lifter adjusters down properly. The owner (a friend of mine) figured we could get a test run in without fully tightening them, it started running like crap after a few minutes. When we pulled the valve covers off we found all the adjusters sitting in them.

The article itself I think makes the point quite clear.
For your benefit, I have hilighted the main point:

Unlike many other states, Texas does not ban workplace discrimination based on gender identity, sexual orientation, or marital status. But don't be alarmed; the Lone Star State is working on that whole civil liberties thing.

I find it ironic that Texas does NOT ban discrimination, except for the creationists.
