Planning future upgrades for my lift. Im running Rusty's 6.5" short arm kit now. Going to upgrade to long arm, 9.5 coils, and was thinkg about using Teraflex revolver shackels. I havent seen many rigs running them, wanted to know if any one out there in the MWC has em? used em? like em? hate em? any pictures installed? I cant decide if there worth the money or not?

let me know your opinions, thanaks

Revolvers are not recommended. They create an unstable mechanism with the rear leaves.

First off, I am not pleased with anything Tera-Flex, but I did run the Revolvers for a couple of years on 4 1/2" of lift, and I was suprisingly happy with them, I also wheel with a couple of guys that are currently using them with no ill effects. I have read all the problems people have had with them, and can understand the opinions, but my experience with them was fairly positive.

Does it just makes the back end feel loose all the time?

I did not notice it all the time, but I did have to get used to the feel off road, and learn when they would "unload", which the first couple of times can be un-nerving on steep off camber descents. Street use, never noticed them.

thanx for input every one, keep it comming. I never been happy the felx in the rear, (dont have the $$$ for coil overs) I dont do muck rockin', but lots of trails and hills and creek beds, and looking inot all my options. The shackels seemed the best for flex w/ leafs.

YES

Got rid of mine after a trip to REDBIRD, bunch of off camber stuff makes you feel like you can flop at any time. I have run them and they blow.
