(mtv's nickelback - someday music viedo) it was a mint limited, its an incredable sight, the rear window poped right out and, it was a definally a fatal sight.
let me know if you wanna see the viedo

Sure, send it to me at [email protected], or tell me were I can find it. It will show me where I need to add suport.

A NASCAR car would look like scrambled steel after that hit; don't worry about trying to add support to protect against a whack like that. There's another video out there that I can't think of right now; I only caught a part of it but there was a black XJ on its side in the middle of the street...burning. That was a sad day too (unless it was a 2wd; I didn't look)

If one is unlucky enough to get centerpunched by AMTRAK or an 18-wheeler, dunno what or anything could really save them...

Horsepower and/or reflexes to scoot out of harms way? Sometimes it works and sometimes not.

There was a red XJ getting creamed on America's Most Wanted last Sat. Story about a truck thief, the re-enactment had the actor drive a KW through the nose of an XJ at an intersection.

Read this story, I think XJ's a quite safe in almost any kind of accident.

download viedo update

bear with me if you cannot open the video, the server only allows so much bandwith an hour. you just have to wait. sorry:anon:

Watching a video of a fatal accident for entertainment? No thanks. This sounds almost like a snuff film, morbid. There was a time when no news media would show footage of an actual death, if it was caught on film they would at least stop it before the fatal moment. Respect seems to be fading from our society more and more as time goes on. TC

I know first hand how safe an XJ is. Rolled it 3 times, once end-for-end, and twice down a ditch. It came to rest on the drivers side, side windows knocked out, The A post about a foot above the steering wheel. Roof and hood looked like a teepee. Came out unscratched, one bruse on my side. And...now dont hit me...I wasn't wearing my seat belt. I am told I was very lucky. I'll never forget the sound it made. don't remember seeing any thing, but I heard it hit the ground three times.
BTW, I wear it now, even an Irish guy will run out of luck. :)
