ok need more info here.... Could my swaybar with bad bushings cause a clunking sound in the front when i trun left or right..??

it could...disconnect it completely and see if you still get the clunk. Its more likely that its your Trackbar ends, steering, or control arms clunking

Not normally. Most common would be track bar, loose steering box, control arms, ball joints.

if it is not the swaybar what is the easiest way to test the track bar, stearing box and control arms

just tighten the trackbar at axle end more than likely thats it
