Sushi

Where can I get good sushi in Colorado Springs? I'd even settle for a good fish market where I could get a nice salmon fillet and make my own. Anyone....anyone??

Bubba's Bait Shop on Academy.

You do realize I fly fish right? I'm gonna be pissed off if I drive down into the Springs and find out all I can get is night crawlers and leeches Tom.

With something like raw fish I wanted some personal feedback. Frozen fish from King Soopers is not going to cut it for fresh sushi. Yes I'm a snob.

Believe or not, Costco has really good Salmon, fresh even. You have to prep it tho for sashimi, i.e. salt it down..

Fujiyama at 28 South Tejon. Pretty affordable (well, for sushi!) and a really decent, diverse menu. Lots of sushi/sashimi combos and unique items. Neat little place to dine in, too. I usually take-out.
