When you are not using it to suck down your front end, doesn't it affect articulation and will it also act as a limiter strap and not allow the front to droop over obsicals?

You use it when you are climbing steep ledges. Think Moab traction and a 10 foot almost straight up climb. With the front sucked down your front suspension won't unload and rise your jeep up. It basically holds the front end down for better weight control when you have the nose straight up. With the nose sucked down a foot compaired to unloaded you gain that much more weight and traction on the front to make the climb. It really does work cool.

It's slack and it's not a factor. Even if you left only a little slack on it then it would hardly effect side to side articulation because it's in the center. How much droop do you need in the center of you axel unless you are totaly unloading both front tires at the same time?
Yep, for climbing the steep stuff. Theres a reason all the buggy guys run them
Have it all mounted. Its hard to see it good though its mounted underneath the coolant bottle on the top of the frame rail. Welded it in good on a mount, so its not going any wheres. Only thing i dont like about my setup is for the cable to clear the oil pan its mounted 1.5" toward the pass side but it'll work pretty good non- the less.
