I purchased this some time ago with the intention of installing it on my XJ, since I don't run the factory bumper if have to heavily modify it to make it work. Since these things are rare I figured I could modify virtually any swing out carrier and sell this one to someone who would run it as it is. Has all the necessary brackets but I had to destroy the hardware to remove it.
