Steering Gear Rebuild/Seal Kit

Has anybody successfully rebuilt a steering box lately? I've already drilled and tapped the box for hydro-assist and all I need to do it put it back together. I've sourced 3 kits locally one each from Autozone, Oreillys, and Advance. All three of the kits are identical just re-boxed, unfortunately they are not correct. Some of the seals and the cap retaining ring are too large. I have three xj boxes and all of them are dimensionally identical. What part numbers have you used with success? I'm tired of waiting on the wrong part and NAPA won't even order the kit for me because once they do it cant be returned. Thanks in advance.

Try "Gates 349630 steering gear seal kit" on Amazon.

Seems the kits may be year specific or at least there were some changes through the model runs or so says Amazon.
