I recently installed a JKS SBS system and everything was working great for a while but now the steering box is makeing a clunking noise. The steering box bolts are tight and the Currie steering is working fine and fairly new. The clunking is comming from inside the box. What should I do?

A clunking noise while turning or while running? If its just while its running it would probably be a pump not box. I know this is obvious, but did you check the fluid level?

Fluid level is fine and clean. It is a clunking noise when you move the steering wheel back and forth from 10 o'clock to 2 o'clock. So you do not need to move the steering from lock to lock it only makes the noise when you move the steering wheel back and forth slightly. I stuck my ear up to the box and it is definatly from the box.

I rebuld probably 50 boxes a year for people. Sounds like the bearings and possibly the recirculating balls are toast, but make sure the spacer between the box and the frame is not broken or the frame rail cracked.

It does not have a steering box spacer I welded in the JKS Steering Brace System that has steel sleeves through the unibody. The Unibody is not cracked. Is it dangerous to drive it like this?
