Starts better with Remaote Starter

just like it says, I installed a two way remote starter(RS).
and know it starts easier and faster with the RS, but still starts slow with the key. A few months ago i replaced the ignition switch with a new one, it just seems funny. :doh:

Any ideas, other than loose wires at the ignition switch???

The differance could be the way the fuel pump is powered.

i know there was two ignition wires that needed power, and the fuel pump is on the second ignition source.

It lets the fuel pump prime for 2 seconds before it starts for a quicker, more effective start.

I'll have to second that, when you initiate the remote starter it doesn't start right away....theres' a delay.

Mine starts good either way, though. Maybe one of your fuel line pressure things is fubar or near fubar?
