Starter/solenoid needed

Anybody have a used but functional starter/solenoid for a '99 Cherokee? I bought one last year for 180 bucks. The kid's is going out and cannot afford a new one.

The one for the pre-96 models works fine, all you have to do is cut the existing solenoid connector, and use a "ring" style connector to bolt it up. Which means you can have a BRAND NEW starter with warranty for around 70$ or so.

Hey, cool. I'll definitely check that out. Rancho is out of starters, and J&W wants 45 bucks for a used starter. I would rather pay 70 bucks for a new one as long as it works.

Thanks for the offer, Lodi Jim. I'm not sure if the renix model works for the '99. I'm renix agnostic.

As I said above, it WILL work. You just need to change the solenoid connector.
MY friend Nick aka JeepCherokeeboy97, used mine in his 99 to rule out the solenoid.
