Squeaky Steering Column

So i've been having this problem w/ my steering column but i'm not sure what to do. First of all i've had a loose steering for a long time now and i think i need to replace the steering gear. Second i'm getting a really bad squeak on the ball joints every time i turn to the right. and the squeak comes from the right side ball joints, theres like two or three of them. So, what i did was re-greased them up w/ a grease gun in the little zerk fittings(i think thats what they are called) so, it's been a few days and it the squeak isn't going away. And suggestions on what i should do.

I have a 89 XJ w/ 4" of lift and i'm running 32" tires
