Going with a longer shackle on SUA doesn't do what it does on SOA

Maybe not on most mini trucks where the shackle hangs up in a SUA setup, but on an MJ, the shackle hangs down and the spring goes under the axle.

If you only want about 4.5" on an MJ, Rusty's has some 4.5" SUA MJ leafs. I put them on mine since I didn't want much lift, only running 33s, cost me around 300 shipped, quite happy with them so far. I think Hell Creek also has a SUA MJ lift spring but I'm not sure, and I believe BigOffroad can have them made. I'm just a cheap bastard, so I got Rusty's. I had 2" lowering blocks in it as well to hang around 2.5" but decided I wanted a bit more clearance without removing the fender flares, if I was going to stick with 31s or 32s I would have stayed at 2.5 with the lowering blocks.
