if I can get my new axle in friday afternoon so the 4wd is working I'll go, looks like I'll be OK with a 3" open on 32's?

unless we go camping

I ran it with 4.5" and 32's and open several times. I have 33's now, but that's the only change.

I think that we got a stock xj with BFG mt's up it about 2 years ago.

haven't found the motivation to touch this front axle so it looks like I'm not going unless it can be run in 2wd :shiver:

With enough time it can be done in stock xj's, though you must go around a lot of the fun stuff
