Okay converted over to disc in the rear all ZJ parts execept brake line. I bleed them with a power bleeder and also the old fashioned pumping method still spongy has anyone else who has done this swap run into this problem and if so what did you do tho fix it. Maybe cahnge the proportioning valve could that be it. Any help would be great i leave for Oregon in a week and dont really wanna pump the breaks all the way there and back

No but you shouldnt need to do that unless you have dry master cyclender I did do more checking and found that my proportaning valve is leaking out the front nipple it also has a small amount of vacume. And when i have someone pump the brakes hard you can hear a sucking noise. When you drive it the brake light comes on intermitenly. Im thinking that my proportaning valve went bad some where along the line when i did the change over. :smsoap:

Gonna try to change the proportioning valve over to the zj then if that doesnt work i will change the master cylinder also!!!!

DOH!!!!!!! I FEEL SO STUPID THANK YOU BRIAN C. I owe you some beer if i ever make it to one of these Jeep meet ups
