Spare Tire Pressure

Has anyone ever rigged up a valve stem extension from the spare tire for the purposes of making pressure checking easier?
I just filled up my full size spare from 12psi to 30psi.
I know taking the spare off is not an ordeal, but I have cargo box right in front of spare which makes it quite involved.

put the stem on top and you should be able to reach it with out removing the tire.
